Allow tasker to read
Current tasker integration is nice. However it is a one way only. It would be amazing if we could not only create and update entries but also read full or partial entries into tasker.

Change the order of groups
I have a suggestion about the groups, is it possible in a future release to be able to move or change the order of the groups. I have several groups and I would love to be able to change the group order to organize groups to things I need every day to groups I do not use as often. Thank you for your time.

Dependent Relationship
I'm looking for a way to dynamically create a filtered list in a Relationship field. For example, I have a "Contacts" library with over 1,600 entries; each entry has "Company" and "Role" (multi-selection drop down). I have another "Teaming Arrangement" library where we have each project team defined - it has three fields: "Project", "Role", and "Company". Once I select the "Role" (from a drop-down list), I'd like the "Company" (Relationship) to only show me the filtered list of Companies who's role matches that selected.

Enable a handwritten Note
Although there is already this neat feature of subscribing, I would love to see its funcionality expanded to create really handwritten notes which could be displayed in the widget as image.

Bug with "Rich Text"-Field
Thanks for creating the app, I only started using it and I believe it can be very useful, if used correctly.
I encountered the following problem: When I save an entry as a pdf, then not all of the content will be saved. If there is a "rich text"-field, then only the field's name will be displayed in the pdf and not the actual text. It would be nice if this could be fixed.4 votes -

Reminder notifications take you to the wrong entry when you have several of them
If one reminder goes off, and then another, then Memento "forgets" the first reminder. That is, when I tap on either notification in the Android notification area, Memento always opens to the latest entry.
Steps to reproduce:
- Set a reminder on an entry for a certain time
- Set another reminder on another entry in another library for a couple minutes later
- Close Memento
- Wait for both reminders to go off, don't dismiss any Android notifications until after they have both gone off.
- Tap on the first Android notification.
Expected behavior:
Tapping on notification A should take me to entry A,…

Save entries without leaving edit mode
To save the input, there is the check mark in edit mode. But then the edit mode is terminated. This is not good for complex libraries. You have to go back to edit mode, select the desired page, subheater, and field. This costs a lot of time.
It would be great, if there is in the 3 point menu, in addition to the cancel button a save button without leaving the edit mode.
Or in the settings a possibility to autosave, which can be switched on. And with an input field, after how many inputs is automatically saved34 votes -
Add option to limit Image field to one image
Due to the large size of images, it would be nice to be able to restrict the user of the app to only be able to add one image per image field and be able to overwrite that with a new image, instead of adding more images to a single field.

Support of true bidirectional links
When establishing a 1-1 link to a library, it would be nice to be able to set up a true revert link as well and then establish the unicity check at field level and not at library level. Example:
- two libraries: Sport Team and Person
- A sport Team has exactly one president and one trainer,
- a Person can be president of up to one sport team and trainer of up to one sport team (can be the same team),

Field change event
The Memento Database could have events for field change, allowing to script for another data (previous entries, another database, etc) and fill another editable field. This is not a calculated field but allowing to pre fill some field or fields of the new entry just to quickly fill in the form.
The event could be triggered to any field change and let the coder to handle what field triggered and what to do.13 votes
