Filter date
I’m having trouble filtering data by date in the iOS app. When I try using the “This Week” or “Last Week” option, the fetched data range is from Sunday to Saturday but I need fetching data from Monday thru Sunday. This may be a bug because similar incorrect dates are being fetched when I use the date “Period” filter. Having a week declaration in the setting may solve this error.

Labels on mapview
It would be nice to add the content of a specific field as a label in the mapview. Now you can only apply the colour of a field to the mapitems.
For instance in a tree survey (or other survey), with location determination, you could add the number of the tree as a label. This would be easier than tapping on every item on the map to see the treenumber and record. This should not be difficult, or am I wrong?

highlight edited filter
In the filter when editing section, it would be good if the edited ones are highlighted with another color or if they go to the beginning of the list, to make it easier to find the applied filter.

Create a trigger that fires when closing an entry in entry view mode.
Just as there is an event that is triggered when opening a card in entry view mode. It would be interesting to have another event that fires when closing a card in entry view mode.
Scripts executed with Action, happen on a card in entry view mode. Having an event that fires when closing the card in entry view would allow me to automatically verify or rectify the actions done.
For example: I am creating a library that encrypts certain fields. With an Action script I enter the passphrase and it shows me the decrypted field. I would like that…1 vote -
Script phase: When field is changed
For script event Updating a field I really miss a phase:
When field is changed... so that it's possible to run code when the field is changed. In example read from a "link to entry" field and then update another field in the library when the user is working on the entry.
Phase before/after saving the entry is to late as :
- The user should have the possibility to take a look on the value
- Change it if neccessary
- Use "required" if no value is set... this is only possible if the code is running…

Linking to existing Google Docs Template (copy to google docs)
Thank you for the copy to google docs feature. This saves a lot of time and is easy to use. We use Memento in the Pro version and this feature is very helpful for us to generate reports quickly.
It would be very helpful if you could select templates that already exist in Google Drive as a template in the Memento app (e.g. where you could browse the Drive directory in the Memento app and select an existing template).

search field in Add library - Online... on iOS app
This is currently missing in the iOS version. I cannot find libraries I know exist. The filter feature is also still missing.
BTW, I'm very glad Memento has finally come to iOS. It has been years since I've used it, and it used to be one of my favorite apps on android. Thank you :-)

On android I had a home screen icon for my "daily self poll". I'd like to have that on ios too.

Zoom function for qr code scanning
If the qr code is to far away, a zoom function would solve the problem with any high-quality smartphone camera.
And there would be the nice side effect that you could pick one qr code if there are several next to each other.1 vote -
Flashlight for Barcode scanner
I miss the ability to active the phone flashlight while scanning a barcode. This could be very useful for darker surroundings.

Put in an auto save function please!
I find it really annoying when a record gets lost because there is no auto save. Please can you add this in. I can't even find it in history because nothing gets saved.

Add an option in the backup menu configuration that allows to select which automatic backup file user wants to delete in a similar way user
In Android 11 no one except the owner app can access to “storage/emulated/0/Android/data/…/files/” folder so once you have set on automatic backups it’s impossible to delete the older ones then you’re wasting storage with backup files that you can’t manage.

The mobile Memento JS (JavaScript) engine (Rhino) uses a very old JS version. Add a setting allowing selection of Rhino or Google's V8.
A proposed setting to use the (current) Rhino, Google V8, or other (like Graal) JavaScript engine in place of the VERY OLD one we have now.
You see, the mobile Memento JS (JavaScript) engine (Rhino) uses a VERY OLD JS version, resulting in various things that run FINE IN THE DESKTOP EDITION and NOT IN THE MOBILE EDITION. Please add a setting to the mobile edition allowing selection of Rhino or the Google's V8 JS engine (https://v8.dev/docs/embed) or the Graal JS engine (https://www.graalvm.org/reference-manual/js/RunOnJDK/).
