Idea | Show thumbnails in the community databases
I absolutely love the ability to download community databases, but there are so many that are either test databases or in a different language and thus I cannot keep downloading without knowing what they contain (takes too much time)
I propose that you show a preview or thumbnail of the downloadable databases, so that we can decide whether or not they are worth it.

editing text / calculation field
text field - when selecting text field to edit its content, the whole content of the field is selected, it is:
- counterintuitive: seldom the whole field's content is deleted, more often it is modified
- duplicates system functionality (select all)
- cumbersome: danger of inadvertently erasing it with one keystroke, necessary to deselect it to be able to modify it
calculation field: long tap selects the whole content, again:
- counterintuitive
- duplicates system func
- cumbersome
please modify it!

Improved Search Documentation
Memento has Excellent search facility which I have used for my personal database work to a great extent. There are four types of search: Quick search, Simple search, Field wise Search and All Library search. [Plus there may be more search options which I may not be knowing] However, the documentation on the search does not explain all the available features in details. So each user has to learn by trail and error which is time consuming. I suggest that more detailed search documentation should be provided.

Add the ability to resize images added from the phone gallery
It is about automatic reduction size as it is in the case of photos added with the camera.

It would be good if more field positions were available. At the minute, there is only a choice of 1st column and 2nd column (or auto). It would be nice to be able to have more columns, especially when working from a tablet.

Order/sort images in image field
In an image field, I can add multiple images in the same entry.
But when adding them, the order of the images defaults to when they were added.
I can't customize the order/sort.

Make groups and filters start the week on the same day
In Filters, like "This Week" and "Last Week", the week starts on Monday, but in Groups, like the chart or list view, the week starts on Sunday.

Android 11
Android 11 needs a new specific authorisation for the app to be able to propose the usage of sdcard for the files and databases storage location.
For the moment, Memento still uses Android 10 storage authorisation. Thus it is not possible to use the sdcard for the storage of Memento data.
I suggest you very quickly update the app to have it compatible with Android 11 new security policy.1 vote -
Dependency on field other than checkbox type
Currently a field can be dependent on another field that is of 'checkbox' type. I would like to see a dependency relationship on other types of fields. For instance, a field can be visible if the 'integer' type field it depends on has a value greater than 0.

I suggest copying the functionality of the "Edit depends on field" permission to "Read depends on field".
It would be useful to restrict access to records in a slightly more dynamic way than it is now. I think it could be quite useful.

Please Add a "Button Field" in Memento Database Android
Please add a "Button Field" in Memento Database Android app sothat we can create a "Button" within the Database Form Layout.
There is a "Button Field" option under "Remote Field" or "Layout Element Field" section to create these Buttons in some other Database Apps . But there is no such option in Memento database app. So please Add this feature if it is possible for you.

Filter date
I’m having trouble filtering data by date in the iOS app. When I try using the “This Week” or “Last Week” option, the fetched data range is from Sunday to Saturday but I need fetching data from Monday thru Sunday. This may be a bug because similar incorrect dates are being fetched when I use the date “Period” filter. Having a week declaration in the setting may solve this error.
