What we are referring to here is the drop-down list of 'Library - groups' that appears when we click the 3- bar menu on the top-left corner of the screen that comes upon clicking the 'Memento App Icon'. Each entry could have a ' drag handle' which could be used to drag the group-name to a more convenient location. Different sort orders could also be provided.
There is also a difficulty in scrolling through the list of libraries when creating a ' Link-to-entry' field. The default arrangement could be 'time-of- creation : descending'
