Icons as thumbnail of entries
Make the icon of the selected item of a list (radio button or unique choice list...) as the thumbnail of the entries.

This is already possible.
Single choice list field. Each item includes icon. Display as entry status. For more help see forum (https://groups.google.com/group/mementodatabase)
