Idea | Direct email support

Hello LuckyDroid

I was wondering if there was an email address for support, so that I don't have to make all my suggestions public. I thought there was one, but nobody responds (at least I don't recall as of late).

    The question is: why?
    As a fellow developer, many times the development team doesn't have the time to personally answer support emails, let alone user suggestions. That's probably why they placed this public forum for people to post ideas and other people to comment, iterate, contribute and vote for, so the best ideas surface for further selection of development.
