Add double tap option to edit a field

It would be very useful if we could edit a field with a double tap on it.

    Having this option while viewing an entry and being able to edit just the one double-tapped field with this idea (not the entire entry) would be fantastic. I could see it getting weird with certain "dependencies" but I like this a lot.
