Choose locale of Image and Sound are stored

In configuration option of menu, I could choose the folder of images and sound are stored.

    Entry of images into the database is very labor intensive if you want it organized. Adding the ability to select/create the folder location would be a huge time saver for us organizers!

    It would be great if we could set the path to image folder in the library definition, so not to mix images from multiple libraries.
