PDF file support

I'd like my database to contain pdf file as a field with the ability to send this file as an attachment through Email. This possibility is available now only for images. In general it doesn't matter which type of file it is. It may be .doc, .xls, .txt and so on.
Also It would be ideal if Memento can work with CAMScanner

    This would be great! I find myself converting PDFs to JPEGs so that i can get them to display within Memento. Very time consuming.
    Everyone uses PDFs right?

    I'd like a field for pdf or other generic files that can be opened via external app.
