Improve data entry methods for map co-ordinate fields..
Google maps has the ability to search for a location by address or place name, but this feature is not implemented in Memento.
Instead, the maps must be searched manually by scrolling, which is inconvenient and slow.
The location selected by tapping on the map is imprecise and can return data that is not sufficiently accurate.
What is needed is:
The ability to search by address or place name, as you can when Google maps is used directly.
The ability to enter map co-ordinates directly into the field.

click on “location” field > search menu icon

Google Maps allows define a place by showing a hotspot icon at the screen center, then the exact location is chosen by dragging the map, not the hotspot. This allows precision. Please do the same.

One probably always starts knowing an address and want to get a map for. To me the map is not that useful without the ability to allow entering that address then using google for getting a map of where it is. I hope this can be implemented to attract more usage.

Yes, I miss the aibility to enter coordinates directly and to copy them. In the actual version it is not possible to copy or extract the saved coordinates (only from th underlaying SQLite database directly).
Most important for me would be the ability to route or navigate to the saved position.

And to go from the coordinates in Memento directly to Google Maps (for navigation / directions). Why not have Memento use the native Google Maps app just like it does the native Contacts app when linking to contacts? The built in Map in Memento could be useful for showing all database entries in a specific area (like evernote)
