Insert "Image" field from a WEB LINK
Often image contents create data clogging in the database and tend to occupy a lot of memory on the device.
I think it can make the stability of the information work better if you could manage the insertion of an image through a "web link" connected to an external Cloud (or to a generic web page).

Feature to choose to LOCK/UNLOCK "copy library" option in a shared library in a team subscription .
This proposal is made to protect (if the creator of a database wants and especially when it is a team subscription) that the entire structure of the database can not be copied and used elsewhere with deceit and without the consent of its creator.
As a creator and administrator of a team subscription database (50 users) I think it is a necessary feature that should exist in Memento Database.45 votes -

Being able to sync Filters between devices
Right now you can sync entire databases from different devices, but you cannot sync "filters"
As an important part of the logic of the Library is on Filters, Sorting and Groups, each time you change the configuration in one device, you must change it manually in the other(s)
It would be nice to have a setting that allows to replicate the configuration of filters

Keep selection when editing multiple entries
When you modify a field of multiple selected entries the selection is lost as soon as you finish editing forcing you to re-select everything if you need to continue making changes.
This should not be the case. Selection should be kept until I decided I finished Wroking with those selected entries

Filtering
- In the Number filter - In addition to the existing options of less than, more than, equal to, not equal to - there should be an additional option < between > which is useful
- It is good for retrieving records based on two conditions but for retrieving records based on satisfying any one of given conditions (more than one condition) is not there - simply to say <and> option is there and there is no option for <or> in the filters while using filters with multiple fields

Long press the field to copy content
I have a password library, however many of my passwords are automatically generated (so they are complicated and hard to remember). I need a way to copy the password to clipboard so everytime when I input the password I don't have to switch between database and browsers.

adjust the reports to formats A4 or Letter vertical and horizontal sheets
View reports in formats for print, because the current is too ugly pdf such as personal files, hopefully you can edit the display to print.

Add "views" (i.e. combinations of Grouping, Filtering and Sorting that consist named "views"
Let's say that you need to have an overview of your data in daily/monthly/annually bases for 3 different divisions of your company and sorted on either salesman or product sequence. It's very annoying to have to change all these 3 elements (grouping, filtering and sorting) everytime you want to see the results. It would be quite handy to be able to save each of these combinations as a named "view" (for example, "Monthly Data for C division Per Salesman", "Annual Data for B division Per Product", etc.).

Implement encrypted library search
Right now, encrypted libraries cannot be searched. Unsearchable database, however secure, is useless. Scrolling thru 100s of entries is not practical. Having to choose between search capability and encryption is something that shouldn't have to happen. Thanks!

Reports like MS Access
With MS Access I can create any report choosing items and position of them. It would be great to have the possibility to create output reports in .doc file or .PDF or .jpg of any report I need with items positioned where I want on printed paper or pdf.

Create an alternative method for grouping multiselect fields.
A multiselect field can,by definition & design, hold multiple values. When we group on a multiselect field this can produce anomalous results. For example if we have a field with three possible entries A, B and C, a grouped listing can potentially produce eight groups:
blank, A, B, C, AB, AC, BC, ABC.In this case a record with either A+B+C, A+B, A+C, B+C selected will not appear in any of the individual A,B, or C groups.

When using the quick search in Memento android app, I would like to be able to select the fields it searches in.
For example in a movie collection DB if I enter a film title, I don't want results with that name as actor, productor, description etc.

Add an “All” option to multiselect filters in addition to the current “Any”.
Currently when filtering on Multiselect fields, if you choose more than one value then the result shows all records containing any of the selected fields. It would be very useful and potentially save a lot of time if you could choose to have only records that have all the selected fields.

PDF export should be customizable. Memento should import&use my personal template to generate the PDF report.
