Remove "white" screen wipe when using dark mode. Blinding!!
Dark mode is great, but starting MementoDB, screen flashes white. Please have it do a dark screen wipe instead?
Feature RequestI have some eye issues, so Dark Mode is a real eye saver.

Enhancement | Improve value list functionality
I enjoy having the option to add lists for drop downs, but the inability to just add entries in one go, instead of having to do them one at a time.
I propose the following enhancements
- Save value lists and use in other databases
- Create value list by typing an ordered list with new line as new entries For example
Oranges
Apples
BananasWould eliminate having to create them one by one and go back each time. A multiline list of entries that can be reused across databases would be great.

Idea | Add more filter by options in community databases
Similar to my other idea about thumbnails, I would like to filter databases in the community by language, size, or other features, so that we can sift through databases that aren't very small, because if they are small enough in size then they might just be placeholders.
Some things to filter by
- Language of title or database
- Size of actual database
- Contains scripts
- Contains online source (such as moviedb, or custom)
I hope this makes sense

Idea | Show thumbnails in the community databases
I absolutely love the ability to download community databases, but there are so many that are either test databases or in a different language and thus I cannot keep downloading without knowing what they contain (takes too much time)
I propose that you show a preview or thumbnail of the downloadable databases, so that we can decide whether or not they are worth it.

RTL support in rich text fields
Enable right to left text formatting in rich text fields to enable writing in auch languages (Hebrew, Arabic, etc.)

Please Add a "Button Field" in Memento Database Android
Please add a "Button Field" in Memento Database Android app sothat we can create a "Button" within the Database Form Layout.
There is a "Button Field" option under "Remote Field" or "Layout Element Field" section to create these Buttons in some other Database Apps . But there is no such option in Memento database app. So please Add this feature if it is possible for you.

Return choice of database and storage location to the user.
Some might not mind THEIR files being hidden but it has ruined my backup policy. Even rolling back to an older version has left thousands of image files in a hidden folder I cannot remove.
I'm aware of Google's security policy but it should be the users choice and Google say it is the apps responsibility to provide this.12 votes -
Improved Search Documentation
Memento has Excellent search facility which I have used for my personal database work to a great extent. There are four types of search: Quick search, Simple search, Field wise Search and All Library search. [Plus there may be more search options which I may not be knowing] However, the documentation on the search does not explain all the available features in details. So each user has to learn by trail and error which is time consuming. I suggest that more detailed search documentation should be provided.

Allow a single payment method for advanced features without cloud usage
I am fine with paying a subscription fee if I am using your cloud service, or other things that need constant upkeep. I am also fine with paying for advanced features, like more than one script per library or more than two linked entries.
I am not fine with paying a subscription fee to unlock advanced features that provide zero impact to your ability to provide the product; if you just decided to abandon the app right now and never updated it again, none of the features I want to use would actually be impacted, as all my information would…

Filter date
I’m having trouble filtering data by date in the iOS app. When I try using the “This Week” or “Last Week” option, the fetched data range is from Sunday to Saturday but I need fetching data from Monday thru Sunday. This may be a bug because similar incorrect dates are being fetched when I use the date “Period” filter. Having a week declaration in the setting may solve this error.

It would be good if more field positions were available. At the minute, there is only a choice of 1st column and 2nd column (or auto). It would be nice to be able to have more columns, especially when working from a tablet.

Make groups and filters start the week on the same day
In Filters, like "This Week" and "Last Week", the week starts on Monday, but in Groups, like the chart or list view, the week starts on Sunday.

Script phase: When field is changed
For script event Updating a field I really miss a phase:
When field is changed... so that it's possible to run code when the field is changed. In example read from a "link to entry" field and then update another field in the library when the user is working on the entry.
Phase before/after saving the entry is to late as :
- The user should have the possibility to take a look on the value
- Change it if neccessary
- Use "required" if no value is set... this is only possible if the code is running…

Android 11
Android 11 needs a new specific authorisation for the app to be able to propose the usage of sdcard for the files and databases storage location.
For the moment, Memento still uses Android 10 storage authorisation. Thus it is not possible to use the sdcard for the storage of Memento data.
I suggest you very quickly update the app to have it compatible with Android 11 new security policy.1 vote -
Linked Entries
At present when we update the fields of linked entries, we then have to to manually open the linking entry once in edit mode inorder to update linking entry accordingly. This greatly reduces any benefit of linking data in same table or different tables. Updation muSt happen in real time without requiring to open the linking entry/table.
Please resolve it on highest priority.

On android I had a home screen icon for my "daily self poll". I'd like to have that on ios too.
