Allow Multi-select Linked Entry Fields
I'd like to use another library to create linked mulitselect values. So it's like a hybrid of the current Multiselect Values and the Link to Entry field types.
The easiest solution might be to modify the Link to Entry creation form by adding a Multiselect checkbox option Under Advanced Parameters.
So when you're creating or editing an item with a "Multiselect Linked Entry" field, you should see the list of items in the linked field, with the checkboxes in the right column, just like a regular Multiselect Values field,
There could also be an option (maybe at bottom of the list, walled off by a separator) to Create Entry. Being able to add a value on the fly is awesome! (This feature should probably be available for regular Multiselect Value fields as well.)
I'm not sure that you still need Clear Entry. Select All or Select None might be more useful options.
And it's certainly an unnecessary step to have to Choose Select an Entry -- you should just see the entries to choose from, plus the option to create a new one.

Think I have a related difficulty.
I want to be able to use link to entry, then export it to do additional processing and then import.
The csv export/import facility doesn't appear to support Link to Fields
The export works but the import is blank. -

This sounds like what I'm after. Could this be an option for calculation fields also. If so, then this would eliminate the need for a backend spreadsheet or export/import csv to a price estimation app - as this would add such functionality in turn making Memento a 'Killer App'
I'd go pro for that and pay more to not have to buy two or three other apps to perform one (albeit complex) operation, as it would essentially make for a fully customisable specialised survey/quote tool - the likes of which there are currently none available that I can see.
